What kind of businesses do you work with?

How long does it take?
Most websites go live in 7–10 days, depending on scope. We'll give you a clear date before we start, and you approve the site before it goes live.
What do I need to give you?
Your business name, contact details, timings, services and a few photos. We handle the rest and keep it simple.
Can I see it before paying in full?
Yes. We share a preview for you to review, and the final 50% is due only when you're happy to go live.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We handle the setup, and you just share details and approve.
Which languages does the AI receptionist speak?
Hindi, English and Hinglish. Ask us about others.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Usually, yes. Calls can be forwarded to the receptionist when you're busy or closed, and we'll confirm what works for your setup.
Will my business show up on Google?
We set up and optimise your Google Business Profile and website so customers can find you. Rankings depend on Google, so we don't promise a position.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and you can take your site with you if you leave.
What's included in the monthly plan?
Hosting, security, small updates (like timings, prices or photos) and support on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. The bundle has a 6-month minimum, after which it can also be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel before we start work, you get a full refund. Once design work has started, we make up to 2 rounds of changes. If you still want to cancel after that, we refund 50% of your advance.
What do one-time packages include after launch?
They include 2 rounds of revisions, copywriting by us, your own photos or free stock photos, the first year of hosting and your domain, and 30 days of free small fixes after launch. From the second year, you pay for hosting and the domain renewal. Photoshoots, extra revisions and later changes are quoted separately.
How do I pay?
By UPI or bank transfer. For website work, you pay 50% to start and 50% before we go live. The AI receptionist and Google Maps + WhatsApp setup fees are paid in full upfront. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice (the bundle has a 6-month minimum). Extra AI receptionist minutes are added to the next monthly invoice. Unused minutes don't roll over; they reset each month. You get an invoice for every payment.
